Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises and non-impact aerobics designed to increase muscular strength and endurance. Exercises and stretches will increase joint range of motion and improve your ability to perform the activities of daily living. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and medicine balls are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support. This invigorating class will make your activities of daily living more enjoyable because you’ll have the strength, the energy, and the stamina to perform them. This class will truly make you Fit For Life! Classes are one hour in length and are held Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. (FREE/Community Class) & Thursdays 8:45 a.m. $15

Yoga is intended primarily to restore balance and maintain a practitioner’s well-being, improve the body’s flexibility and vitality. In Yoga Boom we combine flow movements with static asanas and various breathing techniques to address your body and your concerns. Every part of the body is stretched and toned to make you more flexible and leave you feeling more balanced, radiant and healthy. The Yogic breathing exercises will calm your mind and refresh you. No yoga experience is necessary. Classes are Wednesdays at 8 a.m.
