I have been going to Troy’s Boot Camp classes and Yoga clases for a few years now and just recently added individual sessions. Troy’s classes are creative, fun, full body workouts. He is extremely knowledgeable about overall health, fitness, and nutrition and is always willing to offer suggestions for changes in diet and exercise. He trains all levels of ability in our small town and caters his sessions to the needs and goals of each individual. But, most importantly, Troy is energetic, supportive, and fun to be around. You can’t help but look forward to spending time with him.
Three generations of my family have been training with Troy for 5 years. My parents, my husband and my children all workout with Troy and he adapts the training to meet all of our different needs. We love Troy, he is a great influence in our lives and always has a smile on his face. Most of all, he puts up with us 🙂 We tend to whine and he just ignores us and keeps on going. He has a wealth of information on goal setting, health and fitness, diet and more. If you ask him a question that he doesn’t know the answer to–he finds it. If you don’t know Troy, you should meet him!
Troy is awesome! I’ve noticed a huge change in my body and the way I feel since I’ve started going to him. He keeps me motivated and wanting to push myself more and more. Can’t wait for the new studio so that I can get going with one of Troy’s Boot Camps. I highly recommend.
