Built camp is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Each 60 minutes class includes challenging cardio activities like jumping jacks, jumping rope, agility work, plyometrics and muscular endurance work including body weight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, squats and lunges, along with some core conditioning—all set in a team environment for added motivation.
