Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. Darci Wring began her love for group fitness in 2003. After years of professional dancing, she suffered an injury which led her to a mat Pilates class in ’01 and then eventually becoming an instructor in ’03. In January of 2010, she decided to take her love of dance into the fitness world by becoming a certified ZIN through ZUMBA fitness international. Darci is no stranger to group instruction since she has also been a dance instructor/choreographer since 1994. Darci cares for her students and believes that everyone can and should  become healthy, but we all must take that first step! Sign-up for series.

Cancellation policy
 A 100% refund will be given if a participant cancels their registration for workshop at least five days prior to the first class. No refund will be given after this time. A full refund will be given if TroyBuilt Fitness cancels a class or workshop for any reason.

Multimedia policy
On occasion, TroyBuilt Fitness and our independent contractors may take photos, videos, or other recordings of participant in our classes/workshops or other programs.
