B3 (Balls, Bells & Bands)

B3 is a circuit training class. Work with stability balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells and resistance bands to build your body better. Combine fun with fitness in this 45 minute class designed to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance and power. Remember, we don’t just offer classes at TroyBuilt Fitness, we invent them.
Classes are Tuesdays & Fridays 6 a.m.
