FIT for LIFE SENIOR CLASS

Classes are one hour in length and are held Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. (FREE/Community Class) & Thursdays 8:45 a.m. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises and non-impact aerobics designed to increase muscular strength and endurance. Exercises and stretches will increase joint range of motion and improve your ability to perform the activities of daily living. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and medicine balls are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support. This invigorating class will make your activities of daily living more enjoyable because you’ll have the strength, the energy, and the stamina to perform them. This class will truly make you Fit For Life!
